Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Unreachable Customer: If we are unable to establish contact with the customer within seven (7) days of the order date for verification or delivery coordination.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Any other technical or logistical reasons that prevent the order from being processed or fulfilled.

2. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

We value your trust. If a prepaid order is cancelled for any of the reasons mentioned above:

  • A full refund will be initiated.

  • The refund will be processed within three to five (3 to 5) business days following the cancellation.

  • Note: The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Customer Notification

If your order is cancelled, MHT will notify you promptly via the email address or phone number provided during checkout. This notification will include the reason for cancellation and the status of your refund (if applicable).

4. Promotional Exceptions

Orders placed during special promotions, flash sales, or clearance events may be subject to specific terms. Any variations in cancellation or refund timelines for these events will be clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.

5. Accuracy of Information

To avoid unnecessary cancellations, customers are encouraged to ensure their contact information (Phone, Email, and Shipping Address) is accurate. MHT is not responsible for cancellations resulting from a lack of communication due to incorrect contact details.
