Shipping Details
Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free shipping to the following main cities (Zone A):
- Lahore
- Faisalabad
- Sialkot
- Sheikhupura
- Rawalpindi
- Islamabad
- Multan
- Karachi
- Hyderabad
- Peshawar
Orders below the free-shipping threshold, or delivered outside these cities, are charged standard courier rates shown at checkout.
How Your Order Is Processed
- Order placed — you check out on mhtpak.com.
- Confirmation call — new customers are confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Tracking ID issued — once confirmed, we hand your order to a trusted courier partner — TCS, PostEx, or Call Courier — and send you the tracking number.
- Out for delivery — track your parcel any time using the link we send.

Before you accept delivery: if the parcel or seal is visibly damaged when it arrives, please do not accept the package — refuse it at the door and contact us right away so we can send a replacement.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn/uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Change of mind is not applicable once the item is used or installed.
- Perishable items, or items damaged after use, are not valid for return.
The Return Process
- Ship it back — send the item via a traceable courier (Trax, Leopards, or TCS) at your own expense.
- We inspect it — once received, our team checks the item against the return conditions above.
- Refund issued — via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit, within 3–5 working days of inspection.
