We are dedicated to delivering your products quickly and safely across the country.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping Main Cities for Free Shipping (Zone A).

  • Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Multan.

  • Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad. 

  • KPK: Peshawar.

MHT Strategy: You can offer "Free Shipping" to these cities for orders above a certain value Rs. 5,000.

  • Courier Partners: All orders are fulfilled via trusted logistics partners (e.g., TCS, PostEx, Call Courier) ensuring hassle-free delivery.

  • Order Confirmation: If you are a new customer, we will confirm your order via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive a Tracking ID.

  • Processing Time:

    • Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed the next working day.

    • Standard Delivery: 8 to 15 business days.

    • Peak Season: Delivery may take up to 15 working days during high-demand periods.

  • Important: If the package is clearly damaged or the flyer/box seal is broken at the time of delivery, please DO NOT accept the package.

 

 

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Change of mind is not applicable once the item is used or installed.

  • Perishable or damaged items (after use) are not valid for return.

The Return Process:

  1. Shipping: Customers must return the item via a traceable courier (e.g., Trax, Leopards, or TCS) at their own expense.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit.

  3. Deductions: While shipping is free for purchases, a standard delivery cost (e.g., Rs. 1000) is non-refundable in the event of a return.

  4. Processing Time: Refund requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Replacements (Exchange):

  • Replacement deliveries are charged a flat fee (approx. Rs. 1000) to cover the 2-way courier logistics.
