Orders below Rs. 5,000, or delivered outside Zone A, are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.

New customers are confirmed via Call, SMS, or WhatsApp, then receive a Tracking ID.

⚠️ Important: If the package is visibly damaged or the seal is broken at delivery, please do not accept the package — contact us immediately.

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We accept returns on unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Change of mind does not apply once an item is used or installed.
  • Perishable or damaged (after use) items are not eligible for return.
The Return Process

 Shipping
Return the item via a traceable courier (Trax, Leopards, or TCS) at your own expense.

 Refund Method
Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit.

 Deductions
The standard delivery cost (approx. Rs. 1,000) is non-refundable on returned orders, even though shipping was free at checkout.

 Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🔁 Replacements (Exchange)
Replacement deliveries are charged a flat fee of approx. Rs. 1,000 to cover two-way courier logistics.
